Privacy Policy & Data Protection
ZeroTool.online is engineered upon a foundational principle of computational sovereignty: Your data never leaves your device.
Files, images, invoices, text documents, and cryptographic tokens processed through our web utilities are never transmitted to or saved on any remote cloud server.
We operate zero tracking pixels, marketing cookies, or cross-site tracking beacons. Your browsing behavior remains completely untracked and private.
You do not need to register, provide an email address, or link personal credentials to use any tool on ZeroTool.online. All tools are open for anonymous access.
Calculations and canvas operations reside solely in transient browser RAM. As soon as you reload or close the active tab, all computational session state is permanently deleted.
1. Information We Collect
Because ZeroTool.online is a client-side suite, we collect no personal data. When you use tools such as the Invoice Generator, Password Vault, or WebP Converter, your input data is processed strictly in your device's memory using JavaScript, WebAssembly, and standard browser APIs. We have no visibility into what files you convert or what numbers you calculate.
2. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Exemption
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), entities that store or process Personally Identifiable Information (PII) are classified as Data Controllers or Data Processors. Because ZeroTool.online transmits zero PII to remote servers, we do not store customer records, and therefore standard data subject access requests (DSARs) are inapplicable—you already possess exclusive custody over your data on your local device.
3. Static CDN & Network Delivery
Our website assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and fonts) are delivered via public static content delivery networks (CDNs) including Cloudflare, Google Fonts, and cdnjs. These edge networks log standard HTTP request metadata (such as IP addresses and user-agent strings) strictly for traffic routing and DDoS defense. These transmission logs contain zero payload information from the tools you execute.
4. Local Storage Usage
Certain tools (such as your chosen display currency or temporary draft invoice fields) may optionally store preferences in your browser's local storage (`localStorage`). This data never leaves your computer and can be purged at any time by clearing your browser cache.
ZeroTool.online warrants that its source code contains zero covert telemetry, keylogging, or file-sniffing routines. All client-side application logic is delivered un-obfuscated and inspectable via standard browser developer tools (`F12 → Sources`).
