Calculations performed by tools such as the Invoice Generator, Stripe Fee Calculator, and ROAS Analyzer are provided for informational estimate purposes only. You must independently audit all outputs before submitting filings to government tax authorities or financial institutions.

3. Complete Limitation of Liability ($0 Maximum)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZeroTool.online, its creator, contributors, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, tax penalties, audit adjustments, or loss of computational data), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Prohibited Uses & User Indemnification

You expressly agree NOT to use ZeroTool.online for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including but not limited to:

Generating false, fabricated, or deceptive invoices for tax evasion or fraudulent billing.
Redacting copyrighted or legally subpoenaed documents in violation of court orders.
Generating passwords or hash algorithms for unauthorized penetration testing or malware deployment.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroTool.online and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and legal defense expenses resulting from your violation of this clause.

5. No Professional Fiduciary Relationship

Use of ZeroTool.online does not create an accountant-client, attorney-client, broker-client, or any other fiduciary relationship. The platform does not provide certified public accounting (CPA), legal counsel, or financial planning advice.

6. Modification of Terms

Severability & Statutory Construction
